We want you to love your Studio Era purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our policy below.


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Only items purchased within South Africa are eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customised or personalised products, due to their unique nature.
  • Gift cards.


Starting a Return

To begin your return, please contact us at info@studioera.co.za.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method; Studio Era is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refunds

  • Refunds are processed as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition (used, damaged, or missing parts), we may refuse the refund and will contact you to discuss next steps.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for non-customised items.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and receiving the exchanged item.
  • To arrange an exchange, please contact us at info@studioera.co.za before sending your item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@studioera.co.za so we can resolve the issue.


Policy Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
